Thanks for sharing your insight and tips! I've been noticing the crunch as a PR a lot over the last year, and it's been hard to deliver my clients the quality of content they've become accustomed to. It's frustrating because I want so badly to make them happy, but things are definitely changing. And I need to figure out how to better adapt!
We're so glad you joined our community, Marley ... and we hear this exact feedback from publicists every day, so you certainly aren't alone. The media landscape is changing indeed, but our in-the-trenches guidance, advice and examples across a variety of media/PR topics should help! Thanks for reaching out!
Thank you for sharing such actionable tips to follow what can sometimes feel like just "doom and gloom" for the industry. My head swirls daily thinking of all the potential routes our industry is headed.
Thank you for this. I'm worried for me and friends and colleagues. I see all of these affiliate pieces and wonder will there still be a place for non-product companies (non-profits doing good work, businesses addressing issues differently, etc.).
There will always be a place for good storytelling and building a narrative an audience can relate to/be inspired by. Focus on interesting founders' stories, experts in their field at these organizations with a unique point of view, and how the work is doing good in the community!
Wow, this was a scary eye-opener and so sad for an industry I have grown to love!! My heart goes out to those who lost their job, to the freelancers trying to get paid, and to the publicists/PR people trying to keep their hopes alive in this crumbling space.
Thank you for sharing and for providing your insight :)

Same ... it's exhausting! But I truly try to focus on abundance and positive changes, hoping the universe will deliver!

Thank you so much for answering both of my questions! All of these insights were gold and I will definitely be referring back to them on the regular.
That's so good to hear, Mona! You're welcome!!
